I am a Singapore-based (SG PR) service/system innovation designer specializes in product, service, and systems design, research, and strategies with works across APAC, France, and New York. I am passionate about designing for social impact, with a focus on uncovering unique socio-cultural and psychographical user-behavior studies. I aim to innovate experiences while challenging existing contextual frameworks, methodologies, and concepts to build sustainable interventions and system strategies for users and implementers.

Surrounded by constantly changing environments, I have had the opportunities to meet and work with inspiring individuals, enriching encounters; and understanding deeper about various cultures, people, and the philosophical concepts of time and space. My current interest lies in the fields of AI innovations, med and healthtech, education, public policy, and entrepreneurship. My recent works include advancements in Gen AI implementation in omnichannel environments, which I plan to explore further with respect to diverse contexts and needs, along with physical, spatial, avatar, and robotic design interventions.

When I’m not in Figma, you can find me doing my list of hobbies and ticking off absurd bucket lists. In parallel, I do a little content creation, art directing, and styling with fashion magazines and emerging designers. While on the more introverted side of things (as the INFP that I am), you can spot me oil painting on my balcony, mudded hands with pottery and bouldering chalk, (trying to) cook Greek and Korean recipes, playing blues on my piano, tuning my electric guitar, or reading Murakami at Da Paolo.
