In the digital transformation approaches in Zuellig Pharma Group, the Zuellig Pharma Distribution Hub project was initiated to design the enhancement of the systematic efficiency of both frontstage and backstage distribution operations, through the optimization of product systems and experience flows for internal Zuellig managements, the product clients and their distributors (hospitals, private clinics and pharmacies). The holistic service blueprint and interventions successfully reduced waste, and streamlined process handling of distribution management steps by 380% and manpower by 250%.
